What happens after commissioning
Most of our customers are repeat customers. Several have been buying equipment from us for more than a decade, and a few have bought successive lines as they added products.
That only happens if the plant keeps hitting its yield after the commissioning engineer flies home, which is why after-sales sits inside the engineering team rather than in a separate department.
